the wifi did not work in my room, which was utterly unacceptable. after complaining, the air con had issues too. i also expected an upgrade for my troubles but all i got was a 'sorry' from the staff. this hotel could use a good refurb, it’s not 2023 anymore, is it? such a disappointment.

city marina is a great spot right next to the old town. the views from the roof terrace are lovely, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. our room was clean, with a comfy bed, and the breakfast was simple but sufficient, featuring breads and cheeses. walking distance to restaurants and bars made it even better.
